As a four-time cancer thriver, Edna brings both understanding and deeply personal insight to her work—making her an inspiring force in the wellness space.
As part of the Nisei Bujutsu Federation of America, Edna serves as our Nutrition & Wellness Instructor, offering essential guidance on functional foods, optimal recovery strategies, anti-inflammatory eating, and strength-supportive nutrition tailored for martial artists and active lifestyles.
