Weekly Training Schedule

At Nisei Bujutsu Federation of America (NBFA) Hombu, weekly training is structured to provide focused instruction and consistent development for both youth and adult students.

Core classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays, allowing dedicated time for focused training, discipline, and rank progression.

Training Schedule

Youth Class 7:30 PM - 8:15 PM

Adult Class 8:15 PM - 9:00 PM

Each class is designed to provide a full well-rounded session of instruction emphasizing character development, conditioning, and practical martial arts principles.

In addition to these core classes, NBFA offers specialized training opportunities including Street Smart for Kids, weaponry training, tactical applications, instructor development, and private instruction. These sessions are scheduled throughout the year to allow focused study and advancement.

Students are encouraged to arrive prepared, maintain proper uniform standards, and approach each session with discipline and respect for the training environment.
